Welcome to the blog

A restored purple Ford Mustang fastback parked on grass

This is the first post on a brand-new site. It exists so the blog index, the tag pages and the article layout all have something to render before any real writing happens.

What goes here

Short updates, project write-ups, and the occasional longer piece explaining how we approach the work. Nothing on a fixed schedule — posts go up when there is something worth saying rather than to hit a quota.

Headings, bold text, links, lists and images all render through the shared .content-area styles, so anything you write in the editor picks up the site’s type and spacing automatically:

  • Bullet lists look like this
  • With comfortable line height for reading
  • And consistent spacing above and below

Pull quotes get a left border in the brand colour, which is a useful way to break up a long article.

Replacing this

Delete this post, along with the other two that ship with the template, as soon as there is real content to put in its place. They are scaffolding.
