What to expect from a project

Most people have never commissioned work like this before, so the process itself can be the confusing part. Here is the shape of it, start to finish.

The first conversation

We talk about what you want, what you are working with, and what you would rather avoid. No measurements, no commitments — the goal is only to work out whether the project makes sense and roughly what it involves.

Scoping and quoting

If it does make sense, we come out and look properly. That visit produces a written scope and a fixed price, and the quote explains what is included and what is not, so there are no surprises halfway through.

The work itself

You get a start date and a realistic finish date. If something changes — weather, a supply delay, something we find once we open things up — you hear about it the same day rather than at the end.

Signing off

We walk the finished work with you before anyone packs up. Anything that is not right gets fixed then, not on a follow-up visit weeks later.

Replace this post with your own version of the process. The structure is worth keeping — it answers the question clients actually ask first.
